Overview Items must be brand new, unused, and include original tags and hangtags to be eligible for return. Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded and may be donated.
Specific return conditions depend on the item: Returns No printing or packaging is required. Just bring the QR code. Your refund will be processed within hours.
Print Labels and Drop to UPS Please pack the returned item, print/affix labels, and then ship it to UPS. Your refund will arrive within 2-7 business days after we receive your return.
What Items Are Not Returnable Items marked “Final Sale” Custom/Personalized Items Customized Products from Trusted Partners Transaction Cards (enclosed/bulk/boxed), Game Equipment, Vintage Gear, Ground Purchases (must be returned to the ground)
Are There Any Fees for Returns?
If you choose to refund to the original payment method and use our return label, we will deduct a $9.99 return shipping fee. This fee will be borne by us if the return is due to our fault. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The refund method you selected during the return process is final and cannot be changed.
