Shipping & Delivery

Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 7 business days of order processing. In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages. The reasons why items may be shipped in multiple packages are as follows:

The order contains a large number of items and needs to be shipped in multiple packages.

The order contains a special promotional item with a unique shipping date (see also Special Promotional Items).

The order contains manufacturer-direct items shipped directly from the designated manufacturer (see also “Manufacturer-Direct”).

Items in the order will be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers.

If your items require split shipping, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.

You only need to pay the shipping fee once, and once the items arrive, we will ship them using your chosen shipping method.
